MuSMe2020 MuSMe 2020
7th International Symposium on Multibody Systems and Mechatronics

  Welcome !!!

Following the guidelines of the Argentine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19, the local organizing committee has decided to postpone the in-person meetings of the conference until 12-15 October 2021.

Thanks to our main sponsors, Springer and CONICET, and Prof. Marco Ceccarelli, the editor of the Mechanism and Machine Series, we will be editing a first volume of the proceedings this year, and a second volume next year, including papers of a second call for submissions.

Registrations will be opened in August 2021.

IFToMM will grant a financial aid of US$250 to 4 of its members under the IFToMM Young Delegates Program.

Springer will sponsor the Best Paper Awards in categories: Research, Applications, and Student.

7th International Symposium on
Multibody Systems and Mechatronics - MuSMe 20202021

Córdoba, Argentina, October 13-16, 2020 12-15, 2021

The aim of the MuSMe symposium is to bring together researchers from the broad ranges of disciplines referring to Multibody Systems and Mechatronics, in an intimate, collegial and stimulating environment.

Those accepted submissions that were orally presented in the conference will be published in the proceedings book (to be edited by M.Pucheta, A. Cardona, S. Preidikman and R. Hecker). The book of proceedings will be published as a volume of the Springer series on Mechanism and Machine Science (edited by M. Ceccarelli).

Topics addressed include, but are not limited to:

  • Analysis and synthesis of mechanisms
  • Dynamics of multibody systems
  • Design of algorithms for mechatronic systems
  • Experimental validations
  • Virtual reality integrated to multibody and mechatronic systems
  • Multibody design in robotic systems
  • Theory of mechatronics simulation
  • Mechatronic systems for rehabilitation and assistive technologies
  • Control of mechatronic systems
  • Vehicle dynamics
  • Mechatronic systems for energy harvesting

The MUSME 2020 Symposium is one of the activities of the FEIbIM Commission for Robotics and Mechanisms and IFToMM Technical Committees for Multibody Dynamics and for Robotics and Mechatronics.
